Scott Reis

GENERAL MANAGER

Born and raised in Bridgewater, NJ, Scott has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Scott earned his graduate degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management and has led restaurants in New Jersey, Texas, and Maryland before settling down in Lancaster with his girlfriend, Nicole.

Scott Sklar

HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL & DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP

Scott graduated from Methodist University with his Class A Certification to the PGA and a Degree in Business Administration. Before coming to Meadia Heights, Scott was Head Golf Professional at Patriots Glen in Elkton, Maryland and Tanglewood Golf Club in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. 

Robert Dohner

GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT

Bobby earned a BS in turfgrass science from Penn State and has two decades of experience nourishing a variety of courses at prestigious clubs on the East Coast, including Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success, New York. He has also been a member of crews for events such as the 2018 US Open at Shinnecock Hills, the 2017 Presidents Cup at Liberty National, and the 2015 Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. 

Mary Nichols

FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Mary has over 20 years of experience in the food industry and specializes in utilizing fresh, local ingredients to highlight the best of the season. She has been featured in many local magazines, including Taysted and Fine Living Lancaster, and she has been featured in Lancaster newspapers for employing and working with special needs employees.

Jailene Colon

EVENTS MANAGER

Jailene started as a server and bartender at Meadia before working her way up to Event Management. She enjoys going above and beyond for guests’ special days, including weddings, baby showers, and birthday parties. Outside of work, you can find Jailene hanging out with family and friends.
