To assist our golfing guests, we’re seeking a personable and responsible individual for our Outside Golf Operations position. A valid driver’s license is required, as well as the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Morning, midday, and evening shifts are available.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cart Management: Deliver carts to the staging area, ensuring they are clean and prepared, and return them to the cart barn.
2. Driving Range: Pick the driving range, and set up stations with balls.
3. Guest Assistance: Greet guests, assist with their golf clubs, and provide a welcoming experience.
4. Club Cleaning: Clean clubs, and load and store member bags.

We are seeking a Golf Shop Assistant who possesses a fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, its rules, and golf facility and tournament operations. Experience with supervisory practices and principles is required. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are needed, as well as self-motivation, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for service, promotion, and marketing. Professional conduct, behavior, and appearance are expected at all times, and a strong work ethic is essential, as it is for all Meadia employees.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection, and control and manage play.
2. Assist with all opening and closing procedures.
3. Assist in managing facility tournament operations, including weekly events.
4. Assist in tournament operations and weekly events, including planning, pre-tournament setup, promotion, course setup, preparation, scoring, and prize distribution.
5. Assist with men’s, women’s, and junior golf events and programs.
6. Assist in managing golf cart operation, practice facility, and club storage service as needed.

Meadia Heights is looking for a full-time, year-round grounds maintenance crew member. This individual must be reliable, responsible, and meticulous. Spray technician experience is a plus and will result in a higher pay rate.

Responsibilities include:

1. Mowing, watering, sand trap maintenance, and general grounds upkeep.
2. Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm shift.
3. Some weekend work will be required in season.
4. Wage will be determined by experience.

*Part-time and seasonal positions are also available.

Meadia Heights prides itself on its golf course, made pristine through vigorous upkeep. We are searching for a crew member who will honor and continue this tradition. The Assistant Mechanic works under the supervision of the Head Golf Course Mechanic to help with the crucial upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery.

We pride ourselves on the quality, efficiency, and cleanliness of our club’s kitchen. We are seeking an experienced kitchen staff member to uphold these values and our strict focus on exceeding our guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies (mise en place).
2. Prep food for service (chop vegetables, trim meat, prep sauces, etc.).
3. Cook menu items in coordination with other kitchen staff.
4. Answer to, report to, and follow the instructions of the executive or sous chef.
5. Clean up your station, and store/discard leftover food.
6. Stock inventory appropriately.
7. Ensure table orders come out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
8. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
9. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Meadia is searching for a responsible, cordial server with fine dining experience or the aptitude to learn quickly. RAMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

2. Take orders, ring in orders, and deliver orders to members and guests.
3. Set up / clean dining area before and after service.
4. Set up / break down banquet events.
5. Serve in our dining room, banquets, and pool area as needed.

Meadia members and guests relaxing in our bar and dining areas expect an attentive, professional bartender who caters to their needs with prompt service and properly mixed cocktails, among other duties. We’re searching for a personable, energetic, experienced, and organized bartender ready to jump into an often fast-paced environment. RAMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

1. Fulfill all members’ and guests’ food and beverage needs.
2. Mix drinks, tap beer, and pour wine in accordance with PA law.
3. Take orders, ring in orders, and deliver orders to members and guests.
4. Set up / clean bar area before and after service.
5. Set up / break down the banquet bar for banquet events.
6. Service banquet events as well as à la carte restaurant.
7. Service snack bar.
