To assist our golfing guests, we’re seeking a personable and responsible individual for our Outside Golf Operations position. A valid driver’s license is required, as well as the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Morning, midday, and evening shifts are available.
Responsibilities include:
- Cart Management: Deliver carts to the staging area, ensuring they are clean and prepared, and return them to the cart barn.
- Driving Range: Pick the driving range, and set up stations with balls.
- Guest Assistance: Greet guests, assist with their golf clubs, and provide a welcoming experience.
- Club Cleaning: Clean clubs, and load and store member bags.
We are seeking a Golf Shop Assistant who possesses a fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, its rules, and golf facility and tournament operations. Experience with supervisory practices and principles is required. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are needed, as well as self-motivation, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for service, promotion, and marketing. Professional conduct, behavior, and appearance are expected at all times, and a strong work ethic is essential, as it is for all Meadia employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection, and control and manage play.
- Assist with all opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in managing facility tournament operations, including weekly events.
- Assist in tournament operations and weekly events, including planning, pre-tournament setup, promotion, course setup, preparation, scoring, and prize distribution.
- Assist with men’s, women’s, and junior golf events and programs.
- Assist in managing golf cart operation, practice facility, and club storage service as needed.

Meadia Heights is looking for a full-time, year-round grounds maintenance crew member. This individual must be reliable, responsible, and meticulous. Spray technician experience is a plus and will result in a higher pay rate.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing, watering, sand trap maintenance, and general grounds upkeep.
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm shift.
- Some weekend work will be required in season.
- Wage will be determined by experience.

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies (mise en place).
- Prep food for service (chop vegetables, trim meat, prep sauces, etc.).
