How To:

  1. On the Club Caddie App, click “Tee Sheet” on the main menu.
  2. Select the desired date for your tee time.
  3. All available tee times for that date will be shown, as well as the names of all members who also booked that day.
  4. Click “+” to begin the booking process.
  5. Select 9 or 18 holes.
  6. Select the number of golfers in your party. You will be assigned the Player 1 spot.
  7. Enter any special request in the notes section to the right.
  8. Select walking or riding.
  9. Note that all golfers in your party will have a guest rate option; this is normal.
  10. To add the name of another member: Click the green magnifying glass, which takes you to a Search menu.
    1. In the Customer Field in the Search menu, type any part of the member’s first or last name. Then click “Search.” All members with that name will be shown.
    2. Click the correct member for your group.
    3. Click “Done” to add them to your tee time.
    4. Choose walking or riding.
    5. Repeat to include any other members.
  11. To add a guest: Search “Guest” in the customer field, and select “MHGC Guest.”
    1. Add your guest’s name in the note section.
    2. Repeat to include any other guests.
  12. When your group is complete, click “Continue to Book.”
  13. On the next screen, select “Confirm Reservation” to finalize your tee time.
